Thailand Training Guide. Essential for Muay Thai practioners who plan to train in camps in Thailand.
I'm sure you train Muay Thai very hard in your gym with the bags, doing drills, sparring and what's not. I am very sure too that after all that hard training, once in a while, if not every time, you wonder how it is like to train Muay Thai in where this art originated from, Thailand, the Land of Smiles, where thousand of Nak Muay train together in Muay Thai training camps scattered around the country. You will be able to live through what these Nak Muay do everyday. Live, breat and sleep Muay Thai every single day and night and, imagine you will join ranks with them when you get there. That will be an experience of a lifetime!
If you do ever have that thought, and you are able to, then, you should! No, you MUST! You must take this trip, a trip to remember for the rest of your life. However, before performing this important journey, you should have some ideas of what you will and might be facing by the time you get there. You need some kind of guide. A guide specifically for people like you, those who want to train Muay Thai in Thailand.

This guide do exist if you are wondering and you should get it now. Why?

Within this Thailand training guide, you’ll learn…
  • The most common Thai scams and how to avoid them
  • Everything you need to know about securing the appropriate visa
  • Which Muay Thai camps to visit and which ones to avoid
  • How to get around in Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya

The amount of money you’ll save is what makes this guide so valuable. In Thailand, there’s dual pricing on almost everything. There’s the “Thai price” and then there’s the “foreigner price” . Learn about the “Thai prices”  and how to get them for yourself.

This guide will also show you
  • Where you can get about 40% off all your training gear (cheapest prices in Thailand)
  • How to get from Bangkok to Pattaya for the cost of a beer at the bar
  • How to find affordable rooms without getting jacked up rates on your electricity usage
  • How to cut your transportation expenses in half
The training in Thailand isn’t easy so it’s best to start preparing yourself physically prior to coming. To help you get ready, this guide is also a training manual that profiles all sorts of Muay Thai specific exercises that you should be doing before you come. These exercises will help you increase your strength in the clinch, increase the power of your punches, increase your tolerance to lactic acid accumulation and most importantly, they’ll help improve your cardiovascular efficiency.
